The Origin Story
I built and scaled companies in wholesale distribution and software for over a decade. Every single one of them ran on the same Frankenstack — QuickBooks for accounting, spreadsheets for operations, a separate tool for inventory, another for reporting, and a team of people manually reconciling all of it at month-end.
Before starting CBOS, I built Centreviews — an AP Automation and RPA company that we successfully sold to Main Capital Partners, a leading European PE firm. That exit taught me exactly what operators need: not more software, but a single system that actually thinks.
